The terms of use may be modified at any time, so it is advisable to refer to them regularly if necessary. This application is made available exclusively to clients and/or business partners of the QLA.

The QPA makes the following forms and tools available to clients and/or business partners of its website:

In order to fill out these forms and use the tools made available to you, you must submit certain personal information including, among other things, your last name, first name, company and email address. This information will be kept in accordance with the QLA's Policy on the Protection of Personal Information with respect to Third Parties. Your data is used only to process your requests.

QPA works with an outside vendor to collect your payment information and does not have access to this information. It is captured and stored by Stripe, an online payment platform. You can read their privacy policy.

4. EXCLUSION OF RESPONSIBILITY

The content of this application is offered for information purposes only. The QPA cannot be held responsible for the consequences of the use of any information transmitted on this site.

5. PRICES

All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes, if any. They are valid only in Canada. The QPA reserves the right to change these current prices at any time without notice.

6. APPLICABLE LAWS

By visiting the Site, you agree that these Terms of Use and your access to and use of the Site are governed by the laws of Canada.
